SHOOT ME FROM THE LEFT - CHAPTER ONE

   Gaga opened the door of the house Taylor had rented in LA for a month. The Born This Way Ball was over and Gaga was very busy finishing ARTPOP, she only had to add some vocals, but the design of the cover and a million things more were yet to do. Gaga had decided to disappear from the public eye for a month or maybe more, in order to focus on her new record and make her loyal fans proud, that’s why she was living with Taylor in that house in LA. Tara and the rest of the staff was there too, divided into different houses located in the same area.

   The neighbourhood Gaga and Taylor were staying in wasn’t a rich one full of luxuries. The house wasn’t too big and the views from the windows weren’t breathtaking, but it was cosy and warm, just what the couple wanted. To be honest, Gaga was quite tired of the wealth that surrounded her everyday, and she wanted to live a ‘normal’ life, at least for a month. Humble places always reminded her of her old days as Stefani, and those memories were a source of inspiration for new songs, outfits and projects.

   Gaga entered the living room laughing, turning her head to look at her boyfriend, who was smiling too. They were both soaking wet, covered with a towel and wearing flip-flops. Each house had a back door that led to a joint swimming pool. They had seen that the pool was emty when they had arrived, so they changed outfits and went outside to swim and enjoy the spring weather. They were laughing because it was compulsory to wear dry clothes on the way from each house to the pool and they almost got caught by the lifeguard wearing nothing but their wet swimsuits...
